Bills an Aquarius: a humanitarian who thinks outside the box (hence the Mowhawk). Also an introvert, Bill keeps his bill tightly closed at all times. A keen observer, Bill hovered over a certain duck-free pond for a while before deciding to fly down and make it his home. The clincher was a self-conscious little frog called Frank. Frank thought a nearby black sheep was giving him a hard time for being amphibious (dont ask). Bill could see that Frank needed a confidence boost, so waddled his way into Franks life and showed him how to walk to the beat of his own drum. Franks expression changed the day he saw Bill, and theyve been besties ever since.
