Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing toy products from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return within 3 to 7 days of receiving the item.

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused and in brand-new condition, with original packaging, manual, and accessories;

• Please contact customer service to obtain return authorization before returning the item;

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days;

• Return shipping for non-defective products will be at the buyer’s expense.
